HEART BREAKFAST UP FOR A SONY AWARD

The nominations have just been announced for the annual SONY AWARDS and Heart Breakfast with Ed and Rachel is on the short list! They are known as the annual 'radio Oscars' and celebrate the best in programming from all radio stations across the UK. The nomination is in the competition category for a feature called 'Beat the Star' which ran in 2010, every Monday at 8.30.

Ed said 'We're delighted! We enjoyed doing the feature so much so to get a nomination is just the icing on the cake. Whatever happens we get a night out in London and Rach has an excuse to buy a new dress so we feel like we've won already!' The Sony awards take place at the swanky Grosvenor House in London on May 9th. Fingers crossed!
